Approach

Working as an integrative practitioner he uses a blended approach to suit the individual needs of the client. These approaches incorporate various frameworks along with therapeutic methods like humanistic/ person centered, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. All of which are deployed in a supportive environment where emphasis is placed on the relationship between client and therapist. This is cultivated on trust, empathy, genuineness, compassion and unconditional positive regard for you. I offer short term counselling and more long-term psychotherapy where required.
